1. The parties of the agreement
This agreement contains the terms of use of the online service (Service) formarin.fi, upheld by Formarin. By using the Service, buying products from it or by registering to the Service, the User agrees the terms in this agreement and pledges to obey these terms. 2. Right to use
2.1 Private consumers The Service has been meant for private consumers living in Finland.
2.2 Companies Also companies can use the Service. The return right in the law of consumer protection does not apply to company customers.
2.3 All the rights regarding the Service contents belong to the Service provider.

3. Ordering
3.1 When ordering from the Service, a binding commercial agreement is made, when the Service provider sends the User a confirmation of the order, where the availability of the product and the delivery time are confirmed.
3.2 The Service provider reserves the right not to accept an order.

4. Product prices
4.1 The price of the product is the price shown on the site at the moment of order, with the product information.
4.2 The deliveries to mainland Finland are free. Each delivery cost to other countries and the archipelago can be enquired at info@formarin.fi
4.3 In the Service the prices and the delivery costs are announced to the User in euros (EUR).
4.4 When selling and delivering products to EU-countries, the prices include a value added tax (VAT) in accordance with the Finnish legislation.
4.5 When selling and delivering products to non-EU countries, the product recipient is in charge of the local taxes, customs duty and other costs comparable to these mentioned.
4.6 Ways of payment:
A payment service provider Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) acts as a Payment transmission service and a payment service provider, in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc is shown as the recipient of the payment on your bank or credit card statement and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc is an authorized Payment Institution. Online Banks: Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) provides payment transmission service concerning Online Bank payments in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the User’s perspective, the service works just like a traditional online payment.

5. Delivery
5.1 The Service provider delivers the sold products to the User based on the delivery agreement made with a third party.
5.2 Delivery costs are added to the price of the order (when delivered out of country or to the archipelago).
5.3 The delivery times of the products are determined product-specifically. The delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination of the delivery. For the products in storage, the delivery time to Finland is 7 days.
5.4 The Service provider does not take responsibility for a delay or an indirect nuisance caused by a delayed delivery, in cases of force majeure.
5.5 The Service provider does take responsibility for a product that gets lost or broken during delivery.

6. Cancelling and returns
6.1 According to the Finnish consumer protection policy, a consumer has the right to cancel their order by informing the Service provider within 14 days of receiving the delivery. The right to cancel does not apply to products that have been modified to suit the Customer’s demands.
6.2 The terms of return are, that
1) the order has been cancelled within the sales terms by informing about it to Formarin at the latest within 14 days of receiving the product,
2) the product has not been used,
3) the product is in the same condition, as the buyer received it and all the parts belonging to the product are safe and
4) the product has been packed in its original package or in a similar way.
6.3 The product must be returned directly after the cancellation of the order.
6.4 The consumer pays return costs, 90€ -180€, and the costs caused from the payment method.

7. Changes
7.1 The Service provider reserves the right to make changes in the Service whenever.
7.2 The Service provider can also make changes in these terms by letting the User know via the Service. The User accepts the changes made by using the Service.
8. Settling disagreements All the disagreements concerning this agreement, that cannot be resolved by discussing, will be settled in Helsinki District Court in terms of Finnish legislation.
